  • How often does new stock arrive?

    We have new fish and coral arriving most weeks.  Dry goods generally arrive weekly as well.

  • The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?

    Contact us via phone (03) 8390 0019 or email hello@deerparkaquarium.com.au as we can order the item/s or let you know when they will be back in stock.

  • Can I send something as a gift?

    Deer Park Aquarium has a range of gift cards available for purchase.

  • Do you deliver dry goods?

    Dry goods are delivered Australia-wide.

    Heavy items and long-distance or remote shipping will attract additional fees.

    Orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days subject to the availability of the item/s.

    No Shipping on tanks unless stated at the time of sale.

  • Do you deliver Livestock?

    All livestock are available in-store only unless otherwise advertised.

  • How long will my delivery take to arrive?

    Your order should arrive to you within 3-10 business working days.

  • What if my delivery hasn’t arrived or I haven’t received shipping confirmation?

    Please contact the shop on (03) 8390 0019.

  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes or lockers?

    No sorry.

  • Once my order is processed, when can I collect it?

    Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or phone call.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Orders can be changed or cancelled up until they have been despatched

  • How long are orders kept for collection in store?

    Paid orders (dry stock only) will be kept for up to seven days.

     

  • Can I order items that are not stocked by your store?

    Contact us to see if we are able to order in items that are not regularly stocked.

  • Do you do water testing?

    Water testing costs $10 and includes:

    • Salt water: kH, Ph, nitrate, phosphate, ammonia, nitrite, calcium, magnesium, and salinity.
    • Fresh water: pH, gH, kH, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, and phosphate.
    • Please bring around 100ml for testing.
  • Do you sell water?

    Yes, we sell both natural sea water and RODI.  Pick up in store only.
